REPORTS
|
REPORTSPaul Romeril prepares his Reports in accordance with the Association of Consulting Forensic Engineers “Guidelines for Court Reports of January 2000”. The Report gives a narrative of the accident, deals with engineering matters and gives conclusions. HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?The ongoing trend in Civil Litigation away from Oral hearings towards a Report based process places far more emphasis on the Expert Engineer’s Report which has to be more comprehensive and broader than before. As a consequence the cost of preparing such reports has increased substantially. However there are significant overall savings to clients in that Paul Romeril spends far less time dealing with queries arising from his reports, attending consultations and in court.
These rates do not include items such as Review of Discovery, Expert reports etc which can add significantly to fees. Fees are charged at the rate prevailing when the client is in a position to settle the account.
